ADR / Special Master

ADR / Special MasterRob Gunning is available to conduct mediations and arbitrations in civil and domestic relations proceedings.  His ADR practice benefits from 6 years of service as a District Court Magistrate in Boulder and 2 years of service as an Administrative Law Judge for the State Personnel Board.  As an ALJ, he conducted numerous settlement conferences between employers and employees, and received excellent reviews for a high settlement rate and the stabilization of employment relationships.  He currently volunteers as a mediator in Boulder County Small Claims Court, and previously volunteered as an arbitrator for the CBA Legal Fee Arbitration Committee.  Rob attended the 40-hour CBA Mediation seminar in 2012.  His ADR practice is also informed by 15+ years of experience in civil litigation.

Rob has served as a hearing officer for several County Boards of Equalization.  Due to his extensive experience in resolving discovery disputes as a Magistrate, he is available to serve as a Special Master in complex civil and domestic relations matters.
